With a mechanical engineering degree from Villanova University and an MBA from UCLA, John Lee doesn’t come from a traditional marketing background—and that’s his greatest advantage. His career started in mechanical, integration, and systems engineering at L3Harris and Raytheon, where he developed process-driven problem-solving skills. After pivoting into product management at Snap Inc. and Pledge.to, he realized that the most effective marketing isn't just about visibility—it’s about precision, systems, and storytelling.
